Support for Alex Clayton and his family

Support for Alex Clayton and his family
It has been brought to our attention that Alex Clayton is battling an inoperable brain tumor. We want to organize fundraisers and support Alex and his family in whatever way we can. Please pray for Alex's well being and comfort for his family. If you have information that could help us help Alex, please contact Steve Joanis at

Re: Support for Alex Clayton and his family

Alex Clayton is the newly adopted son of council member Greg Fontana (son of our council treasurer Frank Fontana).  At last nights meeting Grege mentioned his sons situation and asked for help in any way we can.  I just visited the Make a wish foundation web site and will be calling Greg to talk about it.

Here is a link to the Massachusetts local chapter web site http://www.mass.wish.org/  and here is a sub page for refering a child http://www.mass.wish.org/index.cfm?pid=10458

Re: Support for Alex Clayton and his family

The wheels are turning for Alex.  Jim Campbell's wife Sharon contacted Pinz in Milford about using the bowling alley as a place to hold a fund raiser.  Pinz recently did something like this for 150 people.  The cost was about $2,200 for bowling and food for that many people.  However, they got sponsors to cover the $2,200.

Does anyone know who we may get to sponsor the event?
