Meeting Location

Jim,
 
We have received quite a bit of large reservations for Weds. March 17th that cannot be accommodated in our regular dining room; we have to use the function room for these parties. Therefore, you will not be able to have your meeting here.
 
Also, the function room charge is now $200.00 for any function under $200.00. Please let me know if you’d like to continue; I’d need a credit card to guarantee each booking.

It is understandable that they need the room for a holday unless there is a contract in place that we signed to the contrary.

If they need to raise rates, then so be it. We can look else where.

I am only offering a suggestion since I am not able to attend the meetings.

I think St. Brendans  can accomodate us.
